About the Google Analytics cookies

The __utmb and __utmc cookies work in tandem to calculate visit length. __utmb marks the exact arrival time and __utmc registers the precise exit time of the user. __utmb is a session cookie and expires at the end of the session; __utmc expires if no new page view is recorded within 30 minutes.

The __utmz cookie monitors the HTTP referrer and notes where a visitor arrived from, including the keyword that generated the visit plus geolocation data. This cookie lasts six months.

The __utmv cookie is a persistent cookie used for segmentation and data experimentation, and works alongside the __utmz cookie to improve cookie targeting capabilities.

The cookies used are SESS*, has_js and cookie-agreed-en. The SESS cookie name is unique to each visitor: it always starts with SESS followed by a series of alphanumeric characters.
