Q. Will my carpets be left wet after cleaning?
A. Whilst water and a specialist cleaning solution is used to clean carpets and upholstery, the final stage of cleaning is extracting as much of this moisture as possible and we even have drying fans to speed up the process. Carpets will be left dry enough to walk on – though may still be very slightly damp to the touch.
Q. Can you clean our offices after hours?
A. We understand that your workplace is busy during the day and cleaners underfoot would cause major disruption. We can work out a schedule which allows cleaning to be undertaken either when the building is at its quietest, or even at night when it is empty.
Q. Do you offer “one off” deep cleaning services?
A. Yes we do! However during busy times of the year we may have a short waiting list as we have to look after out regular clients first and foremost.
Q. Do I need to be home whilst you clean?
A. No – we understand that your life is busy, so we are happy to clean whilst you are out if you prefer that. All we ask is that job specifics are agreed in advance (at the time of qouting usually) and arrangements are made so that the house/office can be secured and the keys returned once work is complete.
Q. I’m outside your service area – can I convince you to come to me?
A. We can sometimes be convinced to travel a little further for big jobs – if your job isn’t very big, perhaps you could team up with a friend or neighbour and get both of your properties cleaned on the same day!
